Kiromic BioPharma, Inc. is curating a proprietary comprehensive, unlimited and programmatically expandable genomic and proteomic library.
The Diamond AI platform will be predictive and cognitive, as it is being trained to access the Kiromic BioPharma, Inc. data library to distinguish between disease-specific and normal genes (antigens) via differential expression analysis algorithms. As such it can specify the cellular localization of the gene and then predict and quantify the correlation between disease-specific genes and survival. Diamond is also a meta-analysis tool that works for infectious diseases, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, auto-immune diseases and cancer.
Diamond AI is followed by a high throughput assay array of tests aimed at validating the immunogenicity of the Diamond AI platform prioritized targets and peptides.

Kiromic BioPharma, Inc.’s Diamond Artificial Intelligence platform can generate and identify targets that act like a lock-and-key activation system. As shown in the illustration, killer T-cells (in BLUE) are activated to kill the cancer cells (in PURPLE) as soon as the lock-and-key technology is activated. This T-cell activation process is made possible by the Diamond AI platform, which provides the genetic code necessary to “unlock” this critical step. Once the T-cell is armed with this critical piece of information, the T-cell can then effectively hunt and eliminate cancer cells throughout the body, wherever they may be hiding.
