Financial Reporting Manager
Objective
The Financial Reporting Manager will report to the Corporate Controller and Chief Financial Officer, responsible for managing the financial reporting process within the organization. They collaborate with the accounting department in order to assure effective financial reporting and compliance with all financial regulations, company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Oversee monthly close and financial reporting packages.
- Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements (Form 10-Q and Form 10-K).
- Main point of contact for preparing and reviewing all year-end audit work.
- Coordinate other SEC filings alongside legal counsel.
- Knowledge of all key contracts.
- Maintain and suggest improvements for key business processes.
- Manage risk control matrix alongside internal audit consults.
- Ad-hoc projects and any other special projects.
Best candidate will have the following profile:
- CPA required.
- Bachelor’s Degree w/ focus in Accounting.
- 4 – 6 years work experience.
- SEC Reporting experience.
- Public Accounting Experience required – Big 4 or other large accounting firm.
- Industry experience a plus but not required.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
